    Remember seeing them snowploughs back in the 80s Stabled on the middle road at Buxton Station, alongside lots of idling class 104 & 108s pumping out blue smoke all over the station and the TMD. Happy days.

    This happened on Monday 31st December 2018 (New Year’s Eve) when the final 2 car class 150125 and 150126 have previously left the city 🌃 in Bristol is called Bristol Temple Meads railway 🚃 station 🚉 are finally heading to NT - Northern is because they are wearing the FB - First Blue livery. Both of these trains 🚊 are currently wearing the second NT - Northern livery at present 💝. All of the 2 car class 150/1 are currently allocated to NT - Northern except 150137/139/141 which are now currently allocated to LNWR - London Northwestern Railway 🚃. All class 150 trains 🚆 🚊 🚂 have a toilet 🚽 🚻 in the DMSL - Driving Motor Standard Lavatory 🚽 🚻. Class 150/0 , 150/1 , and 150/2 are a second generation DMU - Diesel ⛽️ Multiple Unit train 🚊 and are standard class accommodation only. The side of the windows 🪟 are the open windows 🪟. There is no carpet on class 150 trains 🚊, however there is central heating. The seats 💺 on all class 150 trains 🚊 are cosy and comfortable. I honestly like 👍 the 2 and 3 car class 150 trains 🚊 because they are smooth and are better than the crappy 💩 2 car class 142 pacer trains 🚊 because the pacer trains 🚆 bounce up ⬆️ and down ⬇️ that all class 140-144 pacer trains 🚂 🚊 🚆 have previously been withdrawn from these train 🚊 companies is part of BR - British Rail since the year 2021. I must say that it’s warm inside the class 150 trains 🚆. 👍👍👍👍👍

    Some excellent footage of Greyhound. I spent three and a half hours driving there yesterday, for the purpose of getting as much video and stills of those Warships, and all I got was about a minutes worth. I was just in the wrong place every time I went to a different location.

    Good evening, it is not yet entirely clear to me whether those old electric block systems (Absolute block system, if I am not mistaken) with a wooden case were or were not influenced by the passage of trains for the purpose of occupying and freeing the section (block) towards to which and from which the train was respectively headed or from which the train came. Furthermore, it is not clear whether there is an electrical connection between the lever that controls the opening (switching from Danger to Clear) of the starting signal and the apparatus with wooden case. In other words, was it possible to pull the lever that activated the starting signal towards you without first having received electrical consent from the next station? However, it is common ground that where there is a token block it is possible to activate the lever that opens the starting signal even before having handed over the token to the driver, unless there is an error on my part.     Good evening, some single track museum railways in the United Kingdom are still operated with staff or token blocks although all their stations are equipped not only with home signals but also with starting signals. It is therefore not clear to me the need to have a staff or token block in the presence of starting signals. In other words, couldn't the signals that authorize the sending of trains in the opposite direction along the single track section be interconnected to avoid head-on collisions? If I'm not mistaken, as far as physical Europe is concerned, only in the United Kingdom, Man and Ireland is the staff or the token-block used, while in the other railway networks of continental Europe, telephone block or Sole Management apart, electric locking systems are used which do not provide for the delivery of staffs, tokens, keys or other suitable metal or wooden objects to the train driver. If I'm wrong, correct me! Grateful for the attention given to me, I would like to take this opportunity to extend cordial and sincere regards

      Normally signal boxes on single lines cannot be switched out because of the requirement to exchange single line tokens. However, there are some boxes that can be switched out, let's say the signal boxes are A, B and C; there will be Long-Section token for A to C & vv with token instruments at A, B and C, the instrument at B will be an intermediate instrument and the signalmen at A and C will communicate with each other. When the signalman at box B opens up he will request a long section token and insert that token into a lock with the King Lever, with the Long Section Token locked it is the possible to use the Short Section Tokens A to B and B to C. When it is time to close box B, provided both Short Sections are clear and no tokens are out, the signalman at B can clear his King Lever and return the Long Section token to his intermediate instrument then box A will work with box C. The King Lever also allows the signals to be pulled off to allow what looks like a conflicting movement. Different railways use variations, I am sure someone will clarify or correct me, I am only explaining the basics
